1. Refill
PepperBall® or Salt Ball™
On the side of the ball you will see a rectangular window with a sliding door. Simply slide the door down (toward the bottom of the ball). There may be clear tape holding the door shut; this is placed there so the pepper doesn't fall out during shipment. Just peel it off and fill away!

Dual Grinder™
On the sides of the grinder you'll see small windows, located just below the handles, which open outward. There are small indentations on each side of the doors that allow you to get a good grip and pop them outward. Once open, simply fill with course salt or peppercorns. One thing to keep in mind is that the salt and pepper cannot be swapped. The grinding mechanisms are specialized, so the pepper must go in the pepper side and the salt must go in the salt side.

Bistro Grinders/Set
To refill these is so simple. Just pop off top caps and fill with peppercorns or coarse sea salts! When done, replace caps and enjoy! Please note, do not use granualted salt in the Salt grinder. Also, please be sure to fill the Salt Grinder with Salt and the Pepper Grinder with Pepper. These grinders are not interchangeable as they have different grind systems.

Bistro Grind Dual Grinder
To refill, turn ribbed collar, that has arrow markings, 90 degrees and pull entire top piece up to fill. When done filling, replace handle and twist until arrow markings snap back in place. The arrow markings should point to black dots on the body of the grinder when locked.

2. Clean
Chef'n® does not recommend cleaning our grinders with any type of liquid. Liquid may damage the grinding rasp if the unit is not completely dry when you refill it. However, you can swab out the inside of your grinder with a soft cloth or clean off the grinding rasp if it is clogged. To clean the rasp, turn the ball upside down and squeeze the handles together. You'll see the rasp sticking out from the bottom of the unit; while it's sticking out, just clean off the rasp with a soft cloth.

3. Buy
Please visit the "Store Locator" section of our website for your nearest dealer.

4. EZ Squeeze? Can Opener
Many left-handers have found the EZ Squeeze® easy to use, even though it is designed for use with the right hand. All you need to do is clamp the can opener onto a can and squeeze the handles. By squeezing, the opener will move itself along the can to open the lid. When you finish, use your thumb to release the opener from the can. Use the MagneLift® at the end of the handle to magnetically lift the lid away from the can.

Although we don't currently have plans to create a left-handed version of the EZ Squeeze®, we do appreciate your input, so feel free to write to customercare@chefn.com with your feedback.

5. Burger Machine, Cheese Machine and The Big Cheese
Unfortunately, we are no longer manufacturing these items and they are not currently available for sale. You can check online auction sites to see if anyone is privately selling what you are seeking.

6. Dishwasher
With the exception of our grinders, SpiceShot and our EZ Squeeze® Can Opener, all our products are dishwasher safe - top rack.
