Loaded Green Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 2-3 tablespoons cilantro hummus
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/4 cup sprouts
  • 2 whole thin slices green tomato
  • 2 thin slices cucumber
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 slices turkey meat

Directions:

  1. Spread both pieces of toast with hummus.
  2. Add the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, turkey and red onion.
  3. Top sandwich with second piece of bread.
  4. Slice in half and serve.
  5. Enjoy!
