Loaded Green Sandwich
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 2-3 tablespoons cilantro hummus
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/4 cup sprouts
- 2 whole thin slices green tomato
- 2 thin slices cucumber
- Thinly sliced red onion
- 2 slices turkey meat
- Spread both pieces of toast with hummus.
- Add the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, turkey and red onion.
- Top sandwich with second piece of bread.
- Slice in half and serve.
