Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter- melted
  • 1 ¾ cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ pint sour cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Butter a bundt tin generously so cake won't stick
  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour in half of the batter
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and repeat with rest of batter
  4. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes
