Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter- melted
  • 1 ¾ cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ pint sour cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Butter a bundt tin generously so cake won't stick
  2. Measure out ingredients using SleekStor Measuring Spoons and mix together using Chef'n Switchit
  3. Pour half of the batter into pan
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and repeat with rest of batter
  5. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes
