Spicy Super Slaw

Chicken & Marinade:

  • 4 pcs Chicken Breast
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 T Chinese 5 spice
  • ½ T sesame Oil
  • 1 T fish sauce
  • 1 fresh lime
  • ¼ C agave
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 T grated ginger
  1. Mix together and pour mixture over chicken in a bowl
  2. Place Bowl in fridge for 1 hour
  3. Bake in oven at 400° F until internal temp reaches 165° F
  4. Remove and let cool on cutting board
  5. Slice each piece with knife

Salad Ingredients:

  • 4 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 4 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 5 green onions, thinly sliced (set aside 1 sliced for garnish)
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro

Mix together in a large bowl and set aside

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 2 T mayo - I sub light mayo, use more if you like it creamier
  • 2 fresh limes – less if you like it a little less citrusy
  • 1 T Siracha – less if you like it more mild
  • 1T Hoisin sauce
  • Salt to taste (RPM Salt Grinder)
  • Mix together (Emulstir)

Instructions

  1. Add dressing mix to salad and combine
  2. Parcel Super Slaw into/onto 4 bowls/plates
  3. Add sliced chicken breast on top of bowls/places
  4. Garnish chicken with sesame seeds and green onions
  5. Enjoy!
