Bacon 'n' Brussels

Bacon 'n' Brussels


  • 4 strips of thick cut bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound Brussel sprouts, halved
  • ½ large onion, chopped
  • Salt and ground black pepper


  1. Cook bacon in large skillet on medium-high heat
  2. Remove bacon to a paper towel and roughly chop
  3. In the same pan which the bacon was cooked melt butter, add onions and Brussels sprouts
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until Brussel sprouts are golden brown, stir occasionally
  5. Season with salt and pepper, add bacon back into pan. Serve and enjoy!
