"I bought this for my mother as a stocking stuffer, who at 74 still cooks fairly regularly. Arthritis and getting older makes it difficult for her to chop and peel. This removes some of the barriers holding a standard peeler presents to her. I used it too and, though not in my 70's found it easy and much faster than a standard peeler. I'm going to get one for myself too! Great tool!"
Great peeler, easy & no cramped hand!
"Very easy to use peeler, that feels ergonomically correct in the hand. Even if you are peeling something difficult (butternut squash), it's still fun to use. The blade doesn't remove too much of the vegetable (think carrots), while making quick work of russet and sweet potatoes. The easiest and most comfortable peeler ever!"
