Measurement is rather off

"I do like the design, and I needed something compact. But I noticed the measurement was off when my scale didn't work and I had to depend on it. I have a set of Ikea measuring cups to compare with. After buying a new scale, I tried weighing water with them, I filled the cups up until I can see the water level above the edge. 1 ml of water should weight 1 g in normal conditions. The Ikea cups are within 2g of labeled. Here are the results of this set: 1 cup/250 ml: 203.8 g 1/2 cup/125 ml: 107.1 g 1/3 cup/80 ml: 72.3 g 1/4 cup/60 ml: 56.2 g"
