"These are fun! Just make sure that whatever you put in them is pretty fluid, as trying to get something thick down into them is a pain! So, great for juice, flavored water, not so hot for whipped-cream-based homemade ice cream, not because it WON'T work, but because getting the stuff into the silicone sleeves will be difficult."
