How to Use

5-6 pulls: Coarse chop
7-12 pulls: Medium chop
13-20 pulls: Fine chop
20+ pulls: Purée (Tip: For smooth purées, add cooked vegetables and a bit of liquid).

Instructions

Secure the blades onto the center peg inside the container.
Prep your fruits and vegetables by peeling and chopping them into chunks, then place them in the container.
Lock the lid in place by turning it clockwise until it is secure.
Place the unit on a firm, dry surface. Hold it steady with one hand while sharply pulling the ring with the other. (Important: Pull forcefully and keep hold of the ring while extending the cord.)
