Love this bin BUT. . .
"So easy to purchase replacement filters but the piece that holds the filter in the lid broke and there is no option to buy a replacement. Could probably be 3D printed if I knew someone with a 3D printer. :("

"Hi I LOVE the ease of use and the look of this countertop compost bin - its so stylish. But . . . my kids have thrown away the green interior bin! We have been using a small bag instead but I am wondering if you sell that replacement part?"
"My initial expectations were low because the plastic interior bin arrived with a crack across the bottom. But the whole thing was heavy, and I didnt want to bother with packing it back up to return, so I superglued both sides of the crack and hoped for the best. That was 5 years ago. This rather unassuming looking little bin has had a hard life but has held up like a trooper. It gets wacked on its side with big utensils and pounded on its bottom over the recycle can at least twice a week. Ive washed out the filters a hundred times and they still work. It has had lots of goopy stuff stuck to its sides but it’s all been scraped or soaked off w/o residue. Even the original glue on the bottom is still holding! The best thing about this kind of bin is you can use it without putting baby sized plastic bags in it. I don't care if they say they’re ‘compostable’, it’s just putting more stuff into the earth when you’re just going to put it into a bigger can anyway. Anyway, its so much easier to just lift its lid and toss in things like banana peels. All household gadgets should be as cute and tough as this thing. Its only tragedy in all this time happened recently when my husband tossed it contents into the giant green recycle bin w/o removing its top (on the very day they collected the trash). I still use it but now I have fruit flies! Im hoping that Chefn, my bin’s the parent company, will help me figure out how to order a new cover. I’d hate to give up on it after all these years of noble service! A San Diego Fan"
"I love this compost bin. It looks great on my counter! I wish I could buy a replacement top because the green plastic structure that holds the filter in place has broken. Otherwise, a great find!"
"Looks cute on the counter. Love having a compost bin handy. I wish that there was a replacement inner bucket. After 5 years of use it's become pretty gross."
"Love this but I lost the lid a while back. Wondering if there’s a way I can just purchase the lid and the filters. Have had since 2021 and lost the lid in a move recently."
"We love our composter but the green leaf handle broke and I would like to buy a replacement if you can point me in the right direction. Thank you"
"This. Is our second EcoCrock composting Jar. Loved them both with one exception. Liner cracked. Would purchase a replacement liner, but won’t buy another whole Jar again."
"C'est plus une question qu'une critique. Vendez-vous séparément le bac vert en plastique ainsi que la pièce verte qui retient le filtre dans le couvercle?"
"I love the crock and bin - HATE the lid. It's the worst design ever, the top pull won't stay put and is constantly pulling out, and I can't purchase a replacement? Why not? Do I have to super glue thing so it's operational?"
